I was just putting in what the AIs told me to and looked at what changed and what stayed the same.
But after I started looking at the Time and the Cal command I could enter any date like 1988 and it was show that whole years calender. I thought it was very interesting because I could see what day I was born, or what day in history happened.
The time command was very interesting because you can see what time it is according to your computer.
I also liked that I could just type in a email of someone else and the command text would show there information I was very interested about that.
I hope to learn a great deal more about this program so I can get my computer maybe running faster and better.

Chapter 6

It is very interesting how the world wide web became introduced in the late 1980s and is now everywhere! It has only been around 20 years since its introduction and we have been capable of doing so much on the web, for example chatting with friends and searching anything on search engines like Google and yahoo. Also posting videos and viewing them on YouTube. You would have to think how if we keep using the Internet for research, communication, and news Worthy/work worthy, we might get in a daydream about Internet where we have to be on Internet at least a few hours a day. It is very good for search, but we still can not find all information on search engines. If just in 20years people got so overwhelmed with Internet how do you think the next 10years will be. Will we all just be sitting on your computers typing away never getting outside into the real world or will we think the Internet is the real world?

Modeling The World

When we was talking about the movie "Pi" I was thinking if there was really people who thought of the world as numbers. How much time would it take to think of something as one number?
To a thing to be related it has to have 3 things: the sign to portray the image, the thing that it is portraying, and agents or people to relate to the information. I thought about these rules when I looked at different things. I wonder how many signs we see each day and don't even notice. Me walking to class and the "walk" "don't walk" sign before i cross a street. When I am driving there are thousands. I believe the more we get into this subject the more all of us will understand why we have signs and why they are the way they are(why we know what to do when we see a sign). I also find it very interesting how we all could know what to do when we see a sign and do the same thing. How fast a sign can spread.

CSS

I believe that CSS files where fun to do. It first explained what the library looked like and how some people believe it is "infinite" meaning never stopping. He goes on explaining how 5 shelves of books look. These books must be very important to him because he talks about them and how they look for a while. I believe the Author of this piece was trying to get us into the writing by talking about a mystery of him not knowing what and where some books came from. But then he admits he knows now. I believe this piece was very well written and well drawn out. It may bore some people at the begging but if one would keep reading one would understand why the author would write this.

I101

I am Bonnie Seacott, I am majoring in Criminal Justice.
